Freshers Day Celebrations have been held for the first year students of B.Tech and  they were held mainly for creating awareness in the Ist year B.Tech students about the technical education.

Speaking on this occasion, Sri Vidyasagar has congratulated students for the display of art talents to the invitees and thereby attracting their attention. In this connection, he had also said that it is the responsibility of everyone to encourage students on the art talents hidden in them and they should be encouraged by each and everyone.

Speaking on this occasion, Dr.Y.Mallikarjuna Reddy, Principal has advised B.Tech Ist year students they should take advice from their senior students in regard to technical items and they should inculcate friendship with their senior students.  He has also advised Ist year B.Tech students that in order to improve their employment opportunities, they should improve their communication skills.  He has also advised them that they should concentrate their attention on their strengths rather than their weaknesses.

In this connection, the comedy games that were conducted for the Ist year B.Tech students have attracted the special attention of invitees. The games, comedy dramas and customary dances and games have attracted the attention of invitees.

Sri Vasireddy Vidyasagar, Principal, Dr.Y.Mallikarjuna Reddy, Principal and teaching and on-teaching staff and senior students of the college have participated in the programme.
