An awareness program on “Stop Women Harassments and Stop Child Abuse’’ is conducted on 17 February 2018, prearranged by Women’s Personality Development”(WPD), India, a non-profit organization endorsed by the Hon.ble Minster for Human Resource Development(HRD), Government of Andhra Pradesh. VVIT is conducting this kind of awareness programmes for women and child welfare more frequently with an auspicious vision & mission to bring a fundamental change towards a healthy way dealing with women and children, for the posterity.

 Sri Sagar, Chairman appraised the laudable efforts of Women’s Personality Development India, Organization and its Founder Sri R V Nagarjun, for conducting awareness programs and showing concern towards the Women and children in the society. Sri R V Nagrjun, Founder President of WPD, India, after formally inaugurating the awareness camp, addressed the gathering in an emotional and motivating manner about the women harassment and child abuse. Sri Nagarjun emphasized about the objectives of their WPD India Organization as

• To conducting programmes of awareness and prevention that provides awareness about violence against women and child. 
• To create a Society that upholds the principles of women respect and without any child abuse cases and all women, children enjoy their human rights in every sphere.
• To create environment for every woman has the right to be treated with dignity and with all the respect they deserve.
• To let them freely live their life, give them equal rights to take part in any activity, have sense of self-worth.

Later Sri Nagarjun also inspired the audience about various on,  how to stop women harassment  and  Stop Child abuse, why everyone should respect Women, Career guidance, Self protecting techniques for women, How to deal with suicide tendency and various depression moods and various techniques on how to deal with study pressure in an illustrious manner.

Principal Dr.Y.Mallikarjuna Reddy in this regard stated that VVIT always takes care about the all round performance of their students by encouraging them to be part of women welfare and women grievances redresser cells.
