A team of Academicians and Administrators of various Tamilnadu State Engineering Colleges, lead by DesignTech Officials, visited the Siemens Centre of Excellence(COE) laboratories at VVIT.

This team comprised of representatives from Siemens & DesignTech along with 15 other Principals and Deans of various Engineering Colleges of Tamilanadu, visited APSSDC-SIEMENS-COE at VVIT, Nambur. The team interacted with the Trainers of Siemens COE, Management members of VVIT and acquired the information about the structural layout, functionality and various financial & training related aspects of COE labs, inquisitively.

Tamilanadu State Government, impressed with the success of APSSDC-SIEMENS-COEs, wishes to replicate the endeavour in their state as said by the Government officials of TN.

The officials in the visited team, commended the efforts of Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation (APSSDC) for establishing this world-class Siemens Centre of Excellence Laboratories. They also appreciated the Management of VVIT for its praise-worthy maintenance, to achieve its highest objectives of training the youth to make them highly skilled.

Throughout the visit, the entire team is accompanied by, VVIT Chairman Sri Vidya Sagar, Secretary Sri Badari Prasad, Academic Secretary Sri SreeKrishna, VVIT-Principal Dr.Y.Mallikarjuna Reddy, Dean Academics Prof. N.Kumara Swamy & Siemens Centre of Excellence SPOC Dr.Naveen Ravela.
