The first graduation ceremony was held at Vasireddy Venkatadri Institute of Technology on 21 June, 2023. During the graduation ceremony, 6 meritorious students received gold medal certificates and 897 graduates received certificates of appreciation from the class of 2023. The youngsters looked great in their traditional attire to represent Indian culture at this function. Honorable Andhra Pradesh High Court Judge G. Ramakrishna Prasad, Honorary Vice Chancellor of J.N.T.U. Kakinada Dr. G.V.R. Prasadaraju, Chairman Vasireddy Vidyasagar, Principal Dr. Y. Mallikarjuna Reddy were present. On this occasion, High Court Judge Justice G. Ramakrishna Prasad bestowed the Gold Medal to K. Sai Kumar, who shown exceptional talent stood as college's topper for the academic year 2019-2023. At that moment, Chief Guest Justice G. Ramakrishna Prasad spoke that technology touches every aspect of society and that the role of engineers in creating a better society is pivotal. He congratulated the students on their graduation after four years of hard work. He advised the students to become more responsible to society and their parents with the degree. He stated that choosing the target correctly can lead to greater success. He wishes future engineers to lead the country towards development through technology. JNTU Kakinada Vice Chancellor Dr. G.V.R. Prasadaraju said that JNTU Kakinada is imparting education to the students in such a way as to encourage them to adopt humanistic values and good ways of thinking along with technical education. He praised the fact that VVIT has attained high status in no time. VVIT Chairman Vasireddy Vidyasagar said that the students who have degrees are advised to achieve better achievements in the future and make everyone proud. He suggested that in the future, we should grow up to be the best citizens and help society as much as possible. He said that if we do good to others, God will do good to us. Following that, Dr. Y. Mallikarjunareddy, the principal of VVIT, announced the annual plan and future activities at this ceremony. Vasireddy Mahadev, Vice-Chairman of VVIT, Dr. K. Giribabu, Dean of Academics, Dr. N. Kumaraswamy, Dean of Administration, Dr. M. V. Raghuram, Dean of Placements, Department Heads, and faculty members were all present.
