The students of VVIT slashed First Prize in Western Dance Group event in the National Level Youth Festival Vignan Mahotsav 2K17-18, held at Vignan (Deemed tobe) University, Vadlamudi, during 2-3 February, 2018.
Mr.M.Pravin, Mr.M.Arvind, Mr.R.Krsiha Vamsi of CSE and Mr.M.Pavan, Mr. M.Surya Prakash of Civil Engineering Department were participated with a title of Fantastic-5, for the Western Dance Group Competition and won the First Prize among the other 25 groups participated from all over the Telugu States.
Sri Sagar in this regard stated that VVIT always takes care about the all round performance of their students by encouraging them to participate in different co and extra-curricular activities via the Student Clubs. Sri Sagar also commended the efforts of VVIT-Dance Club for preparing the students in a comprehensive & potential manner to top any Championships materially and any challenges in their life morally.
The winners were congratulated by the Chairman of VVIT Sri Sagar, Secretary Sri S.Badari Prasad, Jt.Secretary Sri M.Sree Krishna, Principal Dr.Y.Mallikarjuna Reddy, Dean Prof. N.Kumara Swamy, Dance Club Coordinator Smt. Sunitha Bharathi, all faculty, other management members & students.
