Vasireddy Venkatadri Institute of Technology, under the aegis of its Guntur Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) Student Chapter, invited Dr. T.S.Pradeep Kumar, VIT, Chennai, an ACM India eminent speaker, to deliver his expert lecture on “Software Defined Networks” to the Computer Science Engineering and Information Technology students to day 29-12-2018.

Dr.T.S.Pradeep Kumar in his lecture illustrated various software defined networks that facilitate customized networking environments for the small and midrange companies. He emphasized that the motive for the software defined networks and the metrics for assessment of quality of networks is very well illustrated by the Speaker. He also addressed several tools that are helpful in managing these networks and suggested several resources that are helpful to delve into.

Dr Pradeep also commended the efforts of VVIT in organizing this kind of informative programs to their students and lauded the functioning of VVIT Guntur ACM Student Chapters.

Sri Vasireddy Vidya Sagar, Chairman of VIVA-VVIT Institutions informed that Guntur, VVIT ACM Student chapter, is executing a row of activities that help the student community to excel in their profession by imbibing the knowledge from such ACM Eminent speakers.
